I am serious when I say this is a product that highly takes care of your body hydration and joints. I struggle with hydration and not always getting the water I need to work at my peak performance. With bala and some alkaline water I'm in my best shape yet and it gets even better. They have 3 wonderful flavors that will knock u out your seat. Pineapple, lime and berry flavors. The Bala triple enzyme hydration system really does work, in my case the gut health became evident within a few days. I’m on a GLP1 and sufferd from irregularity. Bala changed everything, I now have healthy regularity, which is a miracle because I had tried all kinds of other laxatives such as MiraLAX, etc which took for ever to work and were marginal help. Also, I have severe osteoarthritis issues and am pre-surgery, I have just started to notice less joint pain at night and less inflammation overall. I never write reviews, so you can take my word on this. Buy it. (Plus, it’s delicious, especially cold from the fridge.)
